DELIVERY
After you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. When the order is ready, you will receive a message that you can pick it up at the workshop, or it will be delivered to the supplier (depending on your choice).
Delivery options:
- Pick it up for free at NADAbyDANA workshop in Riga, Vienības gatve 20D.
- Latvian Post (Europe) – 8,00 €
- Omniva (LV) – 3,00 €
- Omniva (EE-LT) – 5,00 €
Shipping to USA is currently not available.
PAYMENT
At the time of order, you will be offered two payment methods.
Payment methods:
- Card payment
- Bank payment
By choosing a “Card payment” method you will be able to pay with a card. This method supports Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and Visa Electron.
“Bank payment” method will automatically connect you to the bank of your choice in order to make a payment. The options are as follows: Citadele, Luminor, Swedbank, SEB, Revolut, Coop Pank, LHV, Medicinos Bankas, Šiaulių bankas and URBO.
Payment by gift card:
Each gift card has its own unique code which you can enter at checkout, in the box “coupon code”. Your gift card value will be deducted from your purchase amount. A gift card must be redeemed at one time. The amount that is not redeemed will not be refunded back.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact me personally – info@nadabydana.com
The customer has the right to refund or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. Only unused goods in the original packaging are accepted for return. It is not possible to return a custom-made product (with parameters, colors, shapes specially adapted to the customer’s wishes), with the prior agreement of the buyer and the author.
All costs related to the return of the goods are covered by the customer, unless the product that did not match the order is returned, for example, if another product was shipped by mistake. Keep check with the shipping tracking number until the item has reached the NADA workshop.
If you choose to return the money, it will be transferred within 30 days to the account from which the payment was made.
